A companion Internet television series will air in conjunction with that day's Calendar hidden surpirse picture. New segments will be released daily for viewing December 1 through December 25 on the TACC website as well as YouTube.com.

The profits from the paper American Charity Calendar sales will each year be donated to benefit a different children’s charity such as The Children’s Defense Fund, Direct Relief, United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
